A class for adults of all fitness levels
to improve strength, health and confidence!

 

Our training philosophy is simple: train smarter, not harder, and never at the risk of injury. We start your training journey from where you are today. This class is for all fitness levels.

If you haven’t moved a muscle all pandemic, don’t worry, we’ll ease you in. If you’re on the other side of an injury, pregnant or postpartum, we have modifications for you, too.

Modification doesn’t mean easy, it just means finding movement suitable for your body and your goals.


Classes at 7 AM & 9 AM weekdays. Saturday at 9 AM & Sunday at 8 AM.


What to Expect

Warm up

Every class starts with a dynamic warm up to activate your muscles, raise your core temperature and prepare your central nervous system for training.

Workout

Sessions focus on developing strength, athleticism and building injury resistance.

During your session you will push and pull, perform knee and hip dominant movements and practice a variety of core strength and stability exercises.

When your form is on point and you’ve mastered the basic movements, you’ll increase load and intensity.

You’ll leave your sessions feeling confident and stronger, ready to dominate your day.
