Semi-Private Training

Individualized programming designed to help you crush your athletic goals in a semi-private setting with up to five other athletes. Program open to teens ages 13 through 19. Email the trainer for availability and scheduling.

Small-group training is designed for 4-8 athletes. Whether the goal is taking their game to the next level, general fitness or being active, this program helps athletes set and reach their goals through sound training practices and proper execution of movement. This is a great option for friends or teammates who want to train together.


$188 per athlete for 4 sessions (4+ athletes).
$220 per athlete for 4 sessions (3 athletes).

Team Training

Have fun pushing your teammates while building systemic and core strength, increasing mobility, improving speed and agility and developing your overall athleticism. Join your friends for sport-specific training and raise your game by learning and honing skills that will benefit you both on and off the field.

Movement Training

Mite, squirt & Peewee movement training

Mite, Squirt & PeeWee Movement Training develops injury resistant young hockey players who can fly on and off the ice. 

We use positive reinforcement to help our athletes build a rock-solid movement skill base to become explosive and athletic kids. Young athletes are fundamentally different than adults and we design their training accordingly. Our long term athletic development (LTAD) model encourages young athletes to seek continual, steady improvement as the principal marker of athletic success. 

Off-season training strengthens and prepares athletes for the rigors of game play. In-season training is designed to keep athletes healthy and strong while complimenting their on-ice training.

Private Movement Training

This program is designed for kids who aren’t necessarily athletes. Welcome gamers, musicians, coders, and the neurodiverse! The goal is to help kids learn to use their bodies, build systemic and core strength, gain confidence and form a life-long love of movement. Email the trainer for availability and scheduling.
